Studio Policies Cancellations & No-Shows: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. No-show appointments, will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Color Services & Haircuts: A light trim of the ends is included with all color services. Any cutting beyond approximately one inch, including layers, face-framing, curtain bangs, or additional shaping, will be considered a haircut and the applicable haircut price will be added to your service. Dry Cuts: Dry cuts are best suited for basic maintenance trims. Haircuts requiring additional shaping, layering, or more detailed techniques may require a full haircut service. Color Service Pricing: Pricing may vary based on hair length, density, the amount of product required, the complexity of the service, and the time needed to achieve your desired result. If you have a specific budget or time restriction, please let the stylist know during your consultation so your appointment can be planned accordingly.
